Exploring street cart culture around the world in collaboration with local artists and chefs

Street Cart Project is a global initiative celebrating the artistry, craft, and creativity of street carts around the world, and the people who work them.

We partner with chefs, farmers, and makers to create multi-sensory, place-based installations that showcase the beauty of street cart culture.
